Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and key documentation
• Support creative and marketing workflows, including briefs, reviews, approvals, and audits
• Assist with copywriting and ideation for marketing materials and email campaigns
• Help manage and maintain social media accounts
• Partner with internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time
• Stay on top of industry trends to inform social media and event strategies
• Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Leadership Team

Skills

• You have at least 1 year of professional experience
• You're a strong communicator who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and naturally curious
• You're interested in building a career in project management, marketing, social media, creative production, or communications
• You're excited about exploring how AI can enhance creativity and efficiency
