Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage and deliver People Advisory projects related to talent management, organizational development, and change management. Conduct detailed assessments and analyses to support workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop practical, data-driven recommendations and implementation plans. Support senior leaders in executing people strategies and change programs to achieve business objectives. Prepare clear and impactful presentations, reports, and communications for stakeholders at various levels. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to drive adoption of change initiatives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of People Advisory services. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to build their consulting capabilities. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to People Advisory.
