About the Opportunity Ellucian Company LLC has an opening for a full-time Manager - Data Architecture, Data & Analytics Office in Reston, VA. Duties are to lead and manage a team of data architects responsible for designing and implementing enterprise data solutions across platforms like Snowflake, Informatica, and dbt (15%). Define and evolve Ellucian’s enterprise data architecture strategy, standards, and governance frameworks to support analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.5%. Oversee the development of scalable data models, pipelines, and integration patterns that support structured and semi-structured data sources. (10%). Partner cross-functionally with business, product, and technology teams to align data architecture with strategic goals and enable self-service analytics and predictive insights. (20%). Ensure data platform scalability, performance, and compliance with data governance, lineage, and security standards. (5%). Provide architectural leadership for data visualization and embedded analytics solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and other tools. (20%) Stay current on emerging trends in cloud data architecture, data mesh, generative AI, and modern data governance technologies. (5%). Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s or its foreign equivalent in Info Systems, Info. Management, Computer Science, or Info. Technology or closely related discipline.
