- Key Responsibilities
- Design customized travel experiences based on client preferences, including cruises, resorts, and destination itineraries.
- Provide expert, up-to-date advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel requirements.
- Handle bookings, reservations, ticketing, and travel logistics with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with clients by email, phone, and video calls; coordinate schedules across time zones, including U.S. Eastern Time when required.
- Monitor travel trends, promotions, industry updates, and relevant certifications to maintain expertise.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, tourism, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
