In this full-time remote position, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health support to our diverse clientele through our Community Health Clinic in Springfield, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, offering tailored mental health support.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and facilitate referrals for additional services.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
