Haworth Barber & Gerstman is a growing Insurance Defense Litigation trial practice. They are looking for a Legal Billing Assistant to manage invoices, maintain financial records, and liaise with attorneys and clients on billing matters.

Responsibilities

• Managing processing invoices
• Maintaining financial records
• Working closely with attorneys and clients on billing-related matters
• Acting as a liaison between the external billing team and attorneys and clients

Skills

• Proficiency in Billing Process and Invoicing
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with attorneys, clients, and team members
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of legal billing appeals is required
• Familiarity with legal billing software or related tools is advantageous
• Prior experience in a professional services or legal industry environment preferred
