Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their team in Irvine, California. In this role, you will support the Litigation Paralegals' administrative needs, assisting with the management of active litigation, preparing legal documents, and coordinating discovery requests.

Responsibilities

• Working with operations teams on a variety of day-to-day needs
• Assisting with the management of active litigation and pre-litigation disputes
• Preparing various legal documents, including endorsements, tender letters, and releases
• Coordinating and responding to discovery requests and subpoenas
• Coordinating the collection of information necessary to evaluate our legal needs
• Assist paralegals in evaluating and resolving various legal issues
• All other duties as assigned

Skills

• Associate's degree or equivalent certificate
• Expert multi-tasker
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in-office days may vary per Division/Department
• A college degree is preferred but not required
