We are seeking a Paralegal to support our legal and compliance functions across a growing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing a variety of legal matters, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.

• Experience supporting landlord-tenant matters, including lease-related documentation, notices, evictions, and property management legal processes.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment and labor law, with the ability to assist with employment-related legal documentation and compliance.
• Experience preparing, filing, and maintaining business licenses, registrations, and related corporate compliance records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and legal matters simultaneously in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.

Position Type This is an hourly position designed to provide ongoing legal support as business needs evolve. Work hours will vary based on project priorities and operational demand, offering flexibility while supporting long-term initiatives across the organization. Although weekly hours are not guaranteed, this is intended to be a continuous, long-term engagement rather than a temporary assignment.
