Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course creation, content uploads, and system configurations.
  • Provide technical support and training to LMS users, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to upload, test, and deploy new learning modules and programs.
  • Monitor LMS performance, generate reports on user engagement, course completion, and learning outcomes, providing insights for improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations within the LMS.
  • Stay updated on LMS trends, features, and best practices, recommending system enhancements and improvements.
  • Manage and organize learning content, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for LMS processes, guides, and user manuals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new e-learning initiatives and strategies.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in LMS administration (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Cornerstone, Docebo)
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards
