Our client, a fast-paced and innovative technology company, is seeking a highly accomplished Lead Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote talent acquisition team. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier engineering and technical talent across the nation. As the Lead Technical Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of specialized technical roles, from software development and data science to cybersecurity and cloud engineering. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build robust talent pipelines. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting compelling job descriptions, leveraging advanced sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, professional networks), and conducting insightful candidate screenings and interviews. This position involves developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to enhance employer branding and candidate experience. You will also play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior recruiters, sharing best practices, and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment function. Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle technical recruitment process for a variety of roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity professionals. Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles. Develop and extend competitive job offers, negotiating terms to secure top talent. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve the candidate experience. Mentor and coach junior recruiters on best practices in technical sourcing and interviewing. Utilize recruitment analytics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and optimize strategies. Stay current with technology trends and the competitive talent landscape. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity. Proven success in sourcing and hiring for highly specialized technology roles. Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools. Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting. Strong understanding of various technology stacks and engineering disciplines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment. Experience in a high-growth tech company is highly preferred.
