Senior .NET Developer & Lead Experience: 10 - 14+ Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Positions: 2 Job Summary We are looking for 2 candidates a Sr. .Net Developer & Senior .NET Lead with strong experience in .NET Core, Azure, React, and Microservices, along with a solid background in the Banking/Financial Services domain. The candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance banking applications while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application design and development using .NET Core, C#, React, and Microservices.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices.
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.
• Support Agile delivery and CI/CD implementation.

Required Skills

• 10-14+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Services and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.

Preferred

• Azure Certifications.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka/Service Bus, and DevOps practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
