You will lead a team of educators and subject matter experts to create dynamic, relevant, and effective learning materials. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and evaluation of comprehensive STEM curricula for K-12 or higher education levels. Oversee the creation of instructional materials, including lesson plans, assessments, interactive modules, and project-based learning activities. Ensure curriculum alignment with national and state educational standards. Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educators to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for curriculum development projects. Conduct research on emerging trends and best practices in STEM education and instructional technology. Facilitate professional development workshops for educators on implementing new curricula. Develop and implement strategies for curriculum review and continuous improvement.
