Job Title: L2/L3 Production Support Introduction Hands-on L2/L3 production support, PL/SQL expertise, and demonstrated ownership of RCA and Eagle data workflows. As an L2/L3 Production Support team member, you will play a vital role in providing deep hands-on support for critical systems such as Eagle STAR Performance and Reporting and Eagle PACE Data Management. Your expertise in PL/SQL and demonstrated ownership of root cause analysis and Eagle data workflows will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of these systems within investment or asset management firms.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Eagle STAR Performance and Reporting and Eagle PACE Data Management systems
• Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, batch and job monitoring, data validation, and release support
• Utilize Oracle SQL or PL SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Understand and work with the Eagle data model
• Support business users and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams
• Work in onshore offshore delivery models

Requirements: Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Eagle STAR Performance and Reporting and Eagle PACE Data Management
• Expertise in PL/SQL
• Demonstrated ownership of root cause analysis and Eagle data workflows
• Experience in incident management, batch and job monitoring, data validation, and release support
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL or PL SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of the Eagle data model

Preferred Skills:

• Domain exposure to security master, pricing, corporate actions, portfolio transactions, and performance measurement
• Experience with FactSet, Eagle Accounting, or performance attribution environments
• Experience working with time weighted return calculations
