Junior Pricing Analyst (Entry-Level)
Meristem Packaging Company is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical early-career professional to join their team as a Junior Pricing Analyst. This entry-level role involves supporting pricing decisions and maintaining accurate data across the business while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update pricing for products and customer requests
- Support RFP/RFQ pricing through data preparation and analysis
- Maintain and organize pricing files with strong attention to detail
- Assist with pricing updates based on cost changes (e.g., materials, freight, etc.)
- Build pricing comparisons and summaries for internal teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Gather and validate cost inputs
- Support day-to-day pricing requests and analysis
Skills
- 0–3 years of experience in analytics, finance, operations, or similar
- Strong Excel skills (required)
- Close attention to detail and organization
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
