Java Developer Location: Fort Worth, TX Hybrid (2 Days Remote 3 Days Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Rate: W2 46/hr or 52/hr C2C

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support applications using NodeJS, React, and TypeScript.
• Build new applications and maintain existing systems including bug fixes, enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Design scalable and reliable solutions for production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and security best practices.
• Work with operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and production support.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive improvements in system performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.

Additional Expectations

• Strong focus on scalability, latency, and system durability.
• Experience managing technical debt and improving system architecture.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to research and implement new technologies and prototypes.
• Provide on-call production support when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Airline industry experience is a plus.
