• Develop and refine high-quality Japanese-language training datasets based on real-world scenarios.
• Design and validate complex knowledge-based question–answer pairs using credible sources.
• Assess and annotate data to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with AI trainers, engineers, and researchers to improve model performance.
• Produce detailed, source-backed justifications for all created data and outputs.
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Communicate insights and feedback effectively in both Japanese and English.

• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese with strong proficiency in English.
• Strong experience in a professional or academic domain.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to evaluate and synthesize information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to provide logical justifications.
• Ability to craft clear, nuanced questions and explanations.
