Key Responsibilities

  • * Respond to technical support requests reputed company phone, email, or chat and resolve issues promptly.
  • * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-reputed company problems for end-users.
  • * Provide reputed company-by-reputed company guidance and training to users on IT-reputed company tasks and system usage.
  • * Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and peripherals remotely.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience).
  • * Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • * Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • * Familiarity with networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • * Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • * Relevant certifications (e.g., reputed company A+, Network+, reputed company Certified Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum of 2 years in IT support or a reputed company technical role.
  • * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred.
  • Working Hours

  • * Availability for occasional on-call support during evenings or weekends as required.
