You will act as a key link between business teams and IT development, ensuring that digital solutions are delivered efficiently, reliably, and with a strong end-to-end product vision. Main responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Coordinate Agile development cycles (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews)
• Manage product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Lead medium and long-term IT projects end-to-end
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and deployments across environments
• Monitor incidents, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and support teams
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices

Who are you?

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
• Strong experience working in Agile environments
• Solid understanding of software architectures, APIs, data flows, and CI/CD
• Experience with tools such as JIRA
• Interest in energy markets and digital innovation within the sector
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
