We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team. Your main tasks will be: Procurement & Vendor Management; Accounts Payable (AP) & Compliance; Finance & FinOps (Cloud & SaaS Optimization); IT Asset Management & Infrastructure (ITAM). We expect from you: Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Experience in the full procurement cycle, contract negotiation (SLAs, pricing), and vendor management (specifically for IT/SaaS); Financial Analysis & Budgeting: Proficiency in "Plan vs. Actual" analysis, OPEX/CAPEX management, and finance forecasting; FinOps Knowledge: Understanding of cloud cost structures (AWS/GCP), Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost allocation/tagging; Accounts Payable (AP): Knowledge of invoice processing workflows, 3-way matching, and basic accounting principles; IT Asset Management (ITAM): Experience tracking hardware lifecycles, inventory management systems; Tools: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP/Query), proficiency in Jira/Confluence, and experience with ERP; Russian proficiency C1+; English B2. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks.
