The Opportunity We are seeking an Investment Analyst with 3 to 10 years of equity research experience to join our international investment team. In this role you will deep-dive into international markets across the entire market-cap spectrum and heavily influence portfolio construction. Primary Responsibilities Deep-Dive Fundamental Research: Conduct rigorous fundamental analysis on international companies flagged by Renaissance’s proprietary screening models. Portfolio Influence: Provide direct, meaningful input into security selection, asset allocation, and overall portfolio construction. Sophisticated Communication: Clearly articulate portfolio strategy, investment theses, and performance data to a sophisticated audience, including institutional clients, consultants, and external research analysts.
