Ability to work independently Essential Qualifications: Valid Quebec Mortgage Broker License (Mandatory). 2-5+ years of proven mortgage underwriting experience. Strong technological proficiency and using various software platforms. Excellent bilingual communication skills (French/English - Mandatory). Highly motivated, self- sufficient, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
