Inside Sales Development Representative

What We Need The Inside Sales Development Representative at Exol is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective clients for our fulfillment services. You will execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns, qualify inbound leads, and secure initial meetings for our senior sales executives. As a Sales Development Representative, you won't just be booking meetings; you'll be the tip of the spear for our commercial strategy. You are the first conversation many prospects will have with Exol, and you will be critical in building our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging enterprise clients who need to more efficiently move goods in cases and pallets across sectors like wholesale and retail. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a well-funded, high-growth venture and forge a clear path to an Account Executive role. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as CPG, food and beverage, wholesale, and retail.

What We Do The Sales team at Exol is part of the Commercial organization, which is responsible for developing, negotiating, and executing contracts with customers. What You’ll Do

  • Strategically map and penetrate target enterprise accounts through personalized, multi-channel outbound campaigns (call, email, social).
  • Become an expert at uncovering customer pain points, qualifying high-potential inbound and outbound leads against our ideal customer profile.
  • Master the Exol value proposition, articulating how our automated warehousing solutions solve critical business challenges for prospective clients.
  • Secure qualified discovery meetings for our Enterprise sales team, creating a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate directly with sales and marketing leadership to continuously refine our outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas for pipeline generation and qualified meetings.
  • Meticulously track prospect interactions and data in our CRM to provide key intelligence to the entire commercial organization.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in a high-velocity SDR or BDR role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology Proven success in sales, lead generation, or business development roles is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and build rapport quickly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to prospecting.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and prospecting tools, including HubSpot

Our environment

  • Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
