Influencer Marketing Manager (Philippines)

About the role: The Influencer Marketing Manager will focus on sourcing and managing gifting-based influencer collaborations to boost brand visibility and engagement. This role includes identifying suitable influencers, building relationships, and coordinating the gifting process to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. The specialist will track campaign performance and gather content for brand use, aligning efforts with business objectives. A strong understanding of social media trends, influencer dynamics, and organizational skills is essential. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are key to fostering positive and impactful partnerships with influencers. Key Responsibilities

Influencer Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential influencers aligned with the brand’s values, target audience, and goals. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and enthusiasm for the brand. Gifting Coordination: Plan and execute the gifting process, including managing product shipments and tracking delivery to influencers. Campaign Oversight: Monitor influencer activities, ensuring timely posting and alignment with campaign guidelines. Content Collection: Gather and organize influencer-generated content for use across brand marketing channels. Performance Tracking: Analyze the results of gifting campaigns, including reach, engagement, and brand impact, to inform future strategies. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends and emerging influencers to keep campaigns fresh and relevant. Internal Reporting: Provide regular updates on gifting campaign performance and insights to the broader team.

Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related roles, preferably with a focus on gifting campaigns. Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content creation best practices. Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with influencers and internal teams. Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple influencer relationships, gifting processes, and campaign tracking simultaneously. Creativity: Ability to identify creative opportunities for influencer partnerships that align with brand goals. Data Proficiency: Familiarity with tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to inform strategy. Passion: Genuine interest in social media, influencer culture, and brand marketing. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to changing priorities. Additional details: This is a full-time, remote position The compensation range is $850 - $1,200 USD monthly depending on experience.
