Inbound Sales Closer (Answer Calls + Close Deals) | Part-Time | Base + Commission

Description: We are a web design and marketing agency looking for a confident, camera-ready sales professional to handle inbound leads and close deals. This is not cold calling. These are warm inbound inquiries from people already interested in our services. We need one person who can answer the phone, get on zoom (on camera), explain our services and differentiators and close. What You’ll Do:

  • Answer inbound calls (including filtering out spam)
  • Speak with potential clients and quickly qualify them
  • Book and/or jump on Zoom calls
  • Run Zoom calls with camera on and present our services
  • Handle objections and close deals
  • Follow up with leads who don’t close immediately
  • Work with our team to finalize proposals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communicator with confident presence on phone and Zoom
  • Comfortable being on camera and leading conversations
  • Proven ability to close deals (this matters)
  • Reliable and responsive (calls must be answered)
  • Organized with follow-ups
  • Sales experience preferred (agency or service-based is a plus)
  • Familiarity with websites, marketing, or digital services is strongly preferred
  • Candidates based in Las Vegas are highly preferred

Compensation:

  • $500/month base (covers availability + inbound handling)
  • 12% commission per closed deal (~$300+ per sale)
  • Paid on collected revenue

Additional Details:

  • Part-time (only a few hours per week)
  • Low lead volume (a few inbound leads per week, sometimes less)
  • Some weeks are light, others require quick response
  • This role is ideal for someone who wants consistent side income + upside per deal

Important: We are looking for someone who can own the full sales process from first call to close. If you are not comfortable closing deals on camera on Zoom, this is not the right fit.
