Your Role as a Remote Student Customer Care Representative

As a Remote Student Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via chat, email, and other communication channels. Your tasks will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Providing information about our products and services, including memberships and features
• Processing incoming tickets and supporting customers throughout the entire customer life cycle

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for students who are enrolled at a university (full-time) and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your profile should include:

• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
• Familiarity with LimeSurvey or surveys in general (ideally, but not necessarily)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
