Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects in the insurance industry. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative sales strategies. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and generate new business. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and potential risks. Continuously seek out new ways to improve sales processes and increase efficiency. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Geico Auto Insurance products and services. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the territory.
