Our leadership team is stretched thin during a major product launch, and we need a sharp, reliable HR contractor to own the front end of our hiring pipeline so our team can focus on final-round decisions. What you'll do - Screen and vet incoming applications against a role-specific checklist we'll build together - Administer and help interpret our Culture Index assessment for promising candidates - Conduct structured first-round interviews using a question guide we provide - Summarize each candidate clearly so our team can quickly decide who advances to round two - Keep our pipeline organized and candidates moving (no one falling through the cracks) You'll handle round one. Our internal team takes rounds two and three, so your job is to surface the strongest people and give us tight, honest write-ups.
