Randstad is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Consultant with deep expertise in performance management and consulting for our global technology client, working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

  • Location: Remote to USA
  • Pay Rate: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour (W2)
  • Contract Length: 6 months (with a possibility of extension)

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years experience in HR consulting and performance management.
  • Proven ability to analyze data-driven insights to anticipate training needs and deliver targeted solutions.
  • Experience evaluating HR processes for efficiency and partnering with operations/technology teams to scale solutions.
  • Excellent judgment, objectivity, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to embedding company culture and values into daily interactions to support a safe, professional, and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manager Coaching & Consultation: Coach and advise managers and employees on complex workplace matters, career development, performance, workplace behavior, and policy interpretation. Use data and insights to inform your recommendations and influence decision-making.
  • Issue Resolution & Compliance: Lead the diagnosis and resolution of increasingly complex issues related to policy, culture, or employee relations concerns—partnering with HR, Legal, and Compliance as needed. Ensure compliance and consistency across programs such as leave, retirement, immigration, and performance management.
  • Process Modernization & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve decision quality, and reduce manual effort across the HR lifecycle. Design and implement scalable, automated solutions that strengthen manager effectiveness and free up time for higher-impact consulting work.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support and enable strategic people priorities across a matrixed environment.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify and escalate trends in employee relations, working with internal partners to implement solutions that reduce recurring issues and improve overall workplace outcomes.
