Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing guidance and support to leaders on all HR-related matters. Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development planning. Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase employee engagement and retention. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related legal matters. Partner with the recruitment team to attract top talent and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
