HR Administrator – 12-months (fixed-term) contract , Central Time Keeping

We specialize in topics related to time-offs, balances and any other time and attendance related issue. As an HR Administrator, you will be at the back office of our customer service operations, primarily handling incoming requests by various stakeholders. You are someone who is skilled at building positive relationships with employees through empathetic and effective communication. You are approachable and able to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy. You pride yourself on maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information. You excel at managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You are adaptable and open to change, quickly adjusting to new policies, technologies, and industry trends. Key job responsibilities Maintaining and checking data in our time recording systems, such as reasons for absence or time-offs only for employees working in Germany Processing, checking and maintaining all personal and billing-related data in our human resources information systems Preparation and timely provision of data for further processing by the locations' HR support teams Creation, tracking and control of evaluations and statistics Processing inquiries from employees, managers and HR departments Active participation in projects to continuously improve existing processes or individual process steps Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ months of human resources experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR processes and systems
  • Experience with the following systems- MyTime, OnBase, ICIMS, HireRight, SalesForce, PeoplePortal, FCLM, Labor Scheduler, AMP tool, Ticketing
  • Experience operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets, or experience in development or technical support
