Highlights Our Hospital at Home Team is seeking a Hospital at Home Physician with specialized training in Hospital Medicine and Telehealth to join our growing team at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. Work in a Supportive & Collaborative Environment: The Hospital at Home (HaH) program provides virtual acute care to patients in their homes, supported by a multidisciplinary team including paramedics, nurse navigators, and ancillary staff. Physicians in this role supervise credentialed Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Training and/or Experience Required

• MD or equivalent degree and License to practice in IL.
• 2 years of experience as a hospitalist.
• Must maintain a DEA license.
