Responsibilities

  • Enter patient information, appointment details, and medical records into secure databases.

  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors promptly.
  • Assist with generating reports and data summaries as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues.
  • Manage multiple data entry tasks while meeting deadlines consistently.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or wellness sectors.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
