Role Description We’re hiring a real estate inside sales rep to join our top-performing team. You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us. • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all team members have current information.
• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients.
• Update daily sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals.
• Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set or we have made an offer.
• Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure we buy their home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
• Track record of excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close for appointments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Resimpli, Salesforce), dialer software, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
