Role Description Join us and you'll play a key role in managing the Optum Physical Health networks.

• Help manage provider data and maintain provider databases
• Maintain network standards for recruitment and provider satisfaction
• Manage all incoming requests to our network recruitment mailbox
• Manage communication with other departments ensuring seamless customer service for network providers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 4+ years of experience within the health care industry
• 2+ years of data entry experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office products

Requirements

• Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
• Proficiency with provider communication
