Hiring & Interview Coordinator (Remote, Part-Time)

About Restoring Northwest Restoring Northwest is one of the most active real estate investment firms in the Portland metro market. We're growing fast and hiring, and we need a sharp, organized Hiring & Interview Coordinator to help us find great people. This is a part-time, fully remote role for someone based in the Portland, OR metro area. About the role You'll be the first point of contact for candidates applying to our roles. You'll review incoming applications, run quick initial phone screens, and schedule video-call interviews with our hiring team - helping us move fast while giving every applicant a great experience. What you'll do - Review and screen incoming Indeed applications against our criteria - Reach out to promising candidates quickly by phone, text, and email - Run brief initial phone screens using our script - Schedule video-call (Zoom) interviews and keep the calendar organized - Keep our applicant tracker up to date and update the hiring team on status - Send candidate follow-ups and templated emails What we're looking for - Organized, reliable, and great with people on the phone and over email - Strong written and verbal communication - Comfortable with Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and learning new systems quickly - A self-starter who can work independently in a remote role with a reliable computer, internet, and a quiet space - Recruiting, HR, admin, or customer-service experience a plus (not required) - Lives our core values: Faith, Integrity, Commitment, getting 1% better every day, and Rule 62 (don't take yourself too seriously) Compensation and schedule - $17/hour - Part-time, fully remote (must reside in the Portland, OR metro area) - Flexible weekday hours, with availability to reach candidates promptly If you're organized, personable, and want to help a growing company hire great people, apply today.
