Role Description GAO RFID Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our growing team.   • Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and outreach platforms to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure positive candidate experiences by managing follow-up communications, addressing queries, and ensuring candidates feel valued and informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the onboarding process by assisting with new employee integration and ensuring timely communication of required information.
  • Contribute to research on growth opportunities, industry trends, and emerging recruitment practices.
  • Help engage potential clients, business partners, and external contacts to explore collaboration opportunities, building and maintaining relationships to support strategic growth and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Genuine interest in HR and supporting organizational growth initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, global work environment.

Requirements
