Role Description Serves as day-to-day contact for customers - supports customer-level questions and requests on enrollment, claims questions, escalated issues, onsite meetings, educational sessions with students; serves as a liaison between Aetna Student Health and the customer.

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Regularly utilize and exhibit professional behavior, be respectful of others and communicate effectively
  • Independently function and problem solve using critical thinking skills
  • Exhibit and practice effective organizational skills necessary to manage competing priorities and meet established internal and external client expectations
  • Prefer client service experience in the health insurance field; Student health experience is preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Requirements

  • The candidates must be able to obtain an Accident & Health license within three months of employment and obtain licensure in other states as needed
