• Act as strategic business partner with site leadership on reputed company recruitment reputed company issues
• Proactively engage the Leadership teams to establish a common understanding of reputed company processes, outcomes and service standards
• Serve as consultant with leadership in the development of effective reputed company, sourcing and workforce planning strategies

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or reputed company field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience plus one (1) additional year experience in a human resources, staffing, marketing or reputed company department, required
