Guesty Migration Specialist - IGMS, Airbnb, VRBO & Booking.com Experience Required

Overview

We are seeking an experienced vacation rental software specialist to assist with migrating our short-term rental management portfolio from IGMS (iGMS) to Guesty. This is a fully remote project. We are specifically looking for someone who has direct hands-on experience with BOTH IGMS and Guesty and has successfully completed migrations between the two platforms. If you have only used Guesty or have general vacation rental experience without IGMS migration experience, please do not apply. Scope of Work

• Review existing IGMS setup and workflows
• Migrate management portfolio from IGMS to Guesty
• Configure and connect Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com
• Verify listing synchronization across all channels
• Set up automations, messaging templates, and workflows
• Configure task management and operational workflows
• Assist with property, reservation, and operational data migration
• Configure Guesty to support existing management processes
• Identify and resolve migration issues
• Provide recommendations for best practices and optimization

Requirements

Applicants MUST have:

• Direct experience using IGMS (iGMS)
• Direct experience using Guesty
• Previous IGMS to Guesty migration experience
• Experience configuring Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com within Guesty
• Strong understanding of vacation rental operations
• Ability to work independently and provide guidance throughout the migration process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting short-term rental portfolios
• Experience with Guesty automations and workflow optimization
• Experience with multi-property portfolio migrations
• Experience with owner reporting and operational setup
