Position: Cross-Platform Game Developer (MonoGame) Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $50 - $120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize 2D and 3D games using MonoGame, C#, and .NET.
• Build scalable gameplay systems and graphics pipelines.
• Implement cross-platform functionality across multiple devices and operating systems.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to create cohesive gaming experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in game development.

Requirements

• Strong experience using MonoGame for game development.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong experience building and optimizing cross-platform games.
• Strong understanding of 2D/3D rendering pipelines and gameplay systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
