******************** Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Insurance Coverage Attorney to provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage issues. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance policies, property damage claims, and the ability to represent clients in litigation and mediation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and coverage terms to provide legal opinions on claims
• Assist clients with 1st party and 3rd party coverage issues
• Negotiate settlements with claim adjusters and opposing parties
• Represent clients in litigation, including trial preparation and court appearances
• Mediate disputes between policyholders and insurers
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance coverage

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage law
• Strong understanding of property damage claims and relevant legal principles
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven experience in litigation and mediation processes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
