Title Freelance Recruiter / Headhunter – Auction & Real Estate Industry (On-Site Roles) Description We are an established and growing auction company seeking an reputed company freelance recruiter to help us improve and streamline our hiring process. We currently have active job postings and a strong pool of applicants, but we do not have the time to properly engage, evaluate, and screen every candidate. Roles we are hiring for - Operations Manager – Consignment Equipment Auctions - Back Office Administrative / Clerical Position Both positions are in-person, on-site roles in our local area, so experience sourcing local/regional candidates is important.
