Freelance PPC & Paid Social Specialist – Audit, Setup & Ad-Hoc Management

We are looking for an experienced, data-driven freelance digital marketer to take over, streamline, and optimise our paid advertising channels. The Project Structure & Budget: This engagement is split into two distinct phases: Phase 1: Initial Account Review & Tracking Setup (Fixed Price: Max £1,000) A comprehensive audit of our existing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. Fixing, cleaning up, and optimising tracking links, pixels, UTM parameters, and conversions. Restructuring existing campaigns into a clean, scalable sales funnel. Setting up necessary API integrations between ad platforms and our internal systems/CRM. Phase 2: Ongoing Optimisation & Maintenance (Ad-Hoc / On-Demand) Following the initial setup, work will transition to an on-demand, ad-hoc basis. Tasks will include monitoring performance, tweaking bids, advising on creative direction, and expanding campaigns. We are offering competitive hourly or day rates for this phase, with significant room to grow budgets and hours as you deliver positive ROI. Key Responsibilities: Audit & Strategy: Review historical account data across Google and Meta to identify wasted spend and immediate growth opportunities. Campaign Management: Restructure and build highly targeted PPC and paid social campaigns. Technical Setup: Implement robust conversion tracking and handle technical API data integrations. Continuous Optimisation: Monitor cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and cost-per-lead (CPL) closely during active spend periods. Ad-Hoc Support: Provide swift, proactive adjustments to campaigns when platform algorithms change or new creative assets are introduced. Required Experience: Proven track record managing successful B2B/B2C lead generation and conversion campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Strong technical background with tracking setups, UTM conventions, and API integrations. Ability to work autonomously on an on-demand basis while maintaining excellent communication and quick turnarounds. Experience in the UK market is highly preferred.
