ABOUT DOGTEAMPRO: Dogteampro is a high-performance management platform built for law enforcement specialty unit supervisors and command staff in agencies with 50 to 1,000 sworn personnel. In the legal system, the paperwork is the officer. When documentation is thin, messy, or stuck in legacy spreadsheets, a "Narrative Gap" can turn a successful field deployment into a catastrophic multi-million dollar liability. Dogteampro closes this gap, transforming routine paperwork into an ironclad Shield of Proof—a strategic deterrent that discourages litigation before it starts. Currently the gold standard for K9 units, we are expanding our platform over the coming year to protect all high-liability specialty units, including SWAT, Bomb Squads, and Negotiators. THE ROLE: WHAT WE NEED (5–10 Hours / Month) We have a strategic narrative built on the philosophies of April Dunford, Steve Jobs, and Donald Miller. What we need now is a sharp, tactical Fractional CMO / Growth Marketer who can review our existing framework and help us implement it seamlessly across Facebook/Meta Ads and cold outreach campaigns. This is a "doer + guide" role. We don't just want a theorist; we need someone who can actively set up, monitor, and tweak the campaigns while steering us away from common B2B/B2G marketing pitfalls and wasted ad spend. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Implementation: Build, launch, and optimize social media and snail mail targeted precisely at law enforcement leadership and specialty unit supervisors. Outreach Strategy Execution: Assist in designing and executing highly targeted email and direct outreach sequences using our established marketing hooks. Pitfall Guardrails: Act as our strategic compass to identify and avoid common marketing mistakes (e.g., poor audience targeting, weak lead magnets, or misallocated budget). Creative Translation: Infuse our core vocabulary—like "Shield of Proof", "Ironclad History", etc. into high-performing ad copy and hooks. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE "Elite in the field. Elite on paper." We expect the same standard from our marketing stack. B2B or B2G SaaS Experience: You know how to market software, ideally to government, public safety, or highly regulated niche audiences. Meta Ads Mastery: You can navigate Meta’s targeting complexities to locate command staff and decision-makers without flushing money down the drain. Familiarity with Modern Positioning: You instantly understand what we mean when we talk about April Dunford's positioning styles or Donald Miller’s StoryBrand framework. Efficiency Obsessed: You respect that we only need 5–10 hours a month. You are highly organized, fast-moving, and impact-driven. WHY WORK WITH US?
