At Capacity ECommerce, we are looking for remote chat representatives to assist customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience on footjoy.com. We believe in the power of human connections to provide premium service to online customers mirroring an in-store experience. No bots. Just real, honest people sharing their passion and expertise. This is a remote chat position for the brand FootJoy. Experience Required SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years golf experience.
• Knowledge of FootJoy product line.
• Able to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form.

TECHNOLOGY DETAILS

• A desktop or laptop w/ Chrome browser (tablet/mobile devices not compatible)
• Stable internet connection
• Reliable sound output

Essential Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Be brand passionate - share your love and expertise for the game and brand!
• Use or own FootJoy products
• Familiarity with the FootJoyf site and any related media/searches
• Ability to compare and analyze any competitor products
• Thrive in fast-paced environment handling multiple chats at once
