Bring CustomGPT.ai to Florida's county and city governments — in person. CustomGPT.ai builds enterprise AI assistants grounded in your own documents (RAG) — accurate, traceable, no hallucinations. We are trusted by 10,000+ organizations and already deployed in local government. In Bernalillo County, our platform handled 28,000+ resident queries with a 4.81x ROI and roughly $108K in net savings (an approved public case study on customgpt.ai). Now we want to bring this to all 67 Florida counties. This is a relationships role, not an inbox role. We are looking for one Florida-based operator who already knows local-government decision-makers and would rather shake hands than send cold emails. What you'd do

• Open doors with Florida county and city decision-makers you already know — administrators, CIOs/CTOs, clerks, procurement leads, department heads
• Run in-person discovery and bring qualified meetings to our team
• Quarterback deals through county procurement (we handle the product, security, and delivery)

What you have

• A track record of selling into Florida county or municipal government — you can name the deals and the buying vehicles
• Relationships you can activate this month
• Command of Florida procurement: cooperative purchasing vehicles, RFP/ITN, sole-source, and October-1 budget timing
• A clean record and comfort working within county procurement and ethics rules (we handle any required registrations and filings)

Compensation

• Monthly base retainer plus a per-qualified-meeting bonus (your north-star metric)
• 12% of first-year contract value, uncapped, on every deal you source - you earn it when the deal is sourced and get paid when it collects, with no discretionary gate
• Expense stipend (travel, mileage, per diem, registration fees)
• We start with a 90-day paid pilot with clear 30/60/90 targets, then scale the engagement together
