The Finance Associate Aftermarket Parts serves as a strategic finance business partner, providing data-driven financial insights to support operational and strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to the Service Parts and Service teams, delivering clear, data-driven financial insights
• Develop and maintain real-time reporting tools and dashboards to support operational decision-making
• Lead the annual financial planning process and contribute to long-term strategic planning
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate strategic investments to enhance market competitiveness
• Own financial results for Power Systems North America and consolidate global results in collaboration with regional analysts
• Support budget and headcount planning for the Selling, Marketing & Unit Admin teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Continuously improving financial processes using benchmarking and best practices
• Lead or contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
• Proficiency in financial planning, Microsoft reporting tools, and SAP business systems
• Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
• Experience working in a global business environment is a plus
