Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Support Agent to join our team of dedicated professionals who share your commitment to customer satisfaction. As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the autonomy to manage your work.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment
  • A home office setup with a computer, internet connection, and headset
  • Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
  • Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments

  • Internet Download Speed: 5Mbs down speed minimum
  • Internet Upload Speed: 3Mbs up speed minimum
  • Network Latency: Max 250 MS latency max
  • OS: Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit)
  • RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
  • Home office setup with ethernet cord connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes
