Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Your duties will include:

Requirements

  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute: You will be able to efficiently and accurately respond to customer inquiries.
  • Reliable internet connection: You will have a stable and fast internet connection to ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • High level of empathy and customer-focused mindset: You will be able to understand and address customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
