Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales Assistant & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing, planning, and executing travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
• Processing payments on behalf of clients and providing necessary documents before and after travel
• Delivering exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining relationships with travel partners and vendors, staying up-to-date on industry trends and policies
• Working collaboratively in a team setting, completing required certification and ongoing training with our company and travel partners

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• To be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States
• Reliable internet access and a smartphone and/or computer
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with clients and vendors
